Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your details to answer your trip or alert request, we share them only with the people who need them to fly you, and we never sell them. The full version follows.

The company behind this site
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Empty Legs Near Me. References below to "we", "our" or "us" mean Charter Jet One working on behalf of Empty Legs Near Me.
Empty Legs Near Me is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Information you give us
When you ask for a quote or set up an empty-leg alert, the form sends us:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your trip or alert details, such as home airports, destination, dates, group size, pets, luggage and anything you write in the notes;
- your answer to the optional offers checkbox;
- the referring page, when your browser passes it on, and any campaign tags in the address you arrived from, such as utm_source or utm_campaign.
Card numbers, passport scans and similar documents are never requested through this site. If you go on to book, the operator may need passenger names and travel documents, and we gather those separately for that trip.
What we use it for
Answering you comes first: matching your airports against repositioning flights, pricing a regular charter and emailing the options. If you book, we use the same details to arrange the flight with the operating carrier. Offers and new empty legs beyond the alert you asked for are sent only if you ticked the optional box, which starts unticked, and you can switch them off whenever you like.
Who else sees it
The operator that would fly your trip, plus the service providers we rely on to quote and book, for example our email and hosting companies. Each may use the details only for that job. Your information is not sold, rented or handed to advertisers.
How long it is kept
Request records stay with us while your enquiry or booking is active and afterwards only as long as accounting, tax or legal rules require. After that they are erased or stripped of anything that identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to erase it. The simplest route is to answer any email we have sent you; you can also leave us a note through the quote form. We may check that the request really comes from you before we act.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
No analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools run on this site, and it sets no cookies beyond anything strictly required to serve a page. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google sees the IP address that requests them.
Keeping it safe
The form travels over an encrypted connection and only the people working on your trip can open it. Because no system is entirely secure, please keep payment details out of the notes field.
Younger travelers
Adults use this site to arrange travel; it is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details here. Information about a child flying with you is gathered only when a booking needs it.
When this policy changes
Any update will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes apply to information collected after the update.
